Muscles in the gym

Since always when we worked the muscles in the gym, we have always performed the last repetitions forcing the muscles to the maximum to the point of involving other parts or making turns or movements that are not the usual exercise.

In theory this is done to contract the muscle to the maximum and take it to failure so that little by little it gets used to that load Trialix, it grows and we keep evolving.

But this practice can have a series of dangers such as performing too forced a movement that can end in an injury or damage that will slow down muscle development Trialix. But on the other hand getting to muscle failure is a good way to force the muscles to grow.
